1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through pakgam.bet (the "Platform"), you ("the User") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by pakgam from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and pakgam ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

pakgam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 2 Eligibility

Use of the pakgam platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pakgam is a 21+ platform without exception.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing such services constitutes a criminal offence.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent in connection with any wager placed on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated by pakgam for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pakgam or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.

pakgam reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on pakgam, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit bonuses or for any other reason — are prohibited. pakgam's systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations, and any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed with balances subject to review.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pakgam login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pakgam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, and UBL bank transfer. All payment methods are subject to the following general conditions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any transaction fees incurred.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made via USDT or Bitcoin are credited to your account upon network confirmation. pakgam is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed manually and typically reflect within 15–30 minutes during operational hours. Deposits made outside of support hours will be processed on the next available business cycle.
• HBL and UBL bank transfers are processed within one business day. Reference numbers provided during deposit must match the transfer details submitted to pakgam support.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before first processing. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. USDT and BTC withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours once KYC is cleared. Local payment method withdrawals are processed within one business day.

pakgam reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. In cases where unusual activity, suspected fraud, or bonus abuse is identified, withdrawal processing may be delayed pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pakgam offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to users who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• pakgam reserves the right to limit the contribution of certain game types (e.g., live casino, sports betting, specific slot titles) toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution percentages are displayed in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of the specified wagering conditions.

pakgam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, hedging strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit, or the use of multiple accounts — pakgam reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend the affected account pending review.

6 Betting Rules

All sports betting and crash game activity on pakgam is governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and market-specific rules available within the relevant betting sections of the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• All bets are subject to maximum stake and maximum payout limits, which may vary by market, sport, and event. pakgam reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual markets or for individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"), pakgam reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings paid out in error due to a palpable error may be recovered from the user's account balance.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. pakgam is not liable for any delay between live events and the availability of in-play markets.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 tournaments — specific rules regarding rain interruptions, abandoned matches, and Duckworth-Lewis outcomes apply and are detailed within the cricket betting section.
• Crash game multipliers are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Users acknowledge that crash games carry inherent risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, connectivity issues, or market glitches to place bets at incorrect prices is prohibited. Such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the voiding of associated bets and potential account suspension.

7 Casino Games

pakgam's casino offering — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — is provided in partnership with licensed third-party game providers. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity on the Platform:

• All slot games and RNG-based table games are supplied by providers whose RNG systems are independently audited and certified. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within the game information panel for each title where available.
• Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments. pakgam is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by network connectivity issues on the user's end.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server log. pakgam will credit or debit the user's account based on the confirmed server-side outcome.
• Demo play is available on most slot titles for users who wish to familiarise themselves with a game before wagering real funds. Demo play winnings are not redeemable for cash.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakgam platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, shared IP addresses, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakgam staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

pakgam is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some users, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pakgam users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose over a defined time period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is automatically blocked until the period resets.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside pakgam's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party system failures, blockchain network congestion, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information presented on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or data as a result of Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical error.

pakgam provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain the highest standards of reliability and uptime, we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

pakgam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The categories of personal data we process include, but are not limited to:

• Registration data: name, date of birth, email address, and account credentials.

13 Termination

• The account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.

• The user has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to re-register during the exclusion period.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account will be subject to review. In cases where no misconduct is established, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the user's confirmed payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where misconduct is confirmed, pakgam reserves the right to forfeit all account balances.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any eligible balance will be paid out to the user's verified withdrawal method.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pakgam's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
